Information We Process

Directory and Business Data

Listings may contain business names, categories, descriptions, addresses, coordinates, websites, social links, telephone numbers, email addresses, opening hours, logos, photographs, and source or moderation notes. Some listing data may come from business representatives, public sources, official websites, imported datasets, owner edits, or internal review.

Account and Contact Data

When you submit, claim, edit, or pay for a listing, Aiva-Riva may process your email address, account identifiers, password-reset tokens, submitted messages, moderation history, payment order metadata, and evidence needed to verify authority over a business.

Technical Data

Aiva-Riva may process IP address, browser and device information, session identifiers, security logs, city-selection preferences, cookie choices, form-protection signals, page URLs, referrers, search queries, and aggregate analytics events.

How We Use Information

Payments

Payments may be processed by Fondy, WayForPay, or another third-party payment provider. Aiva-Riva normally receives order metadata and payment status, but does not normally receive or store the complete payment-card number, CVV, or full card authentication data.
